Terms and Conditions

No restocking fee applies to any products returned due to an error made by MVCP. This relates to quantity oversupply, poor quality (at MVCP discretion, based on industry standards) or damages prior to unloading on site (If MVCP transported)

Returns and Credits are NOT AVAILABLE for any Custom-Made / Made to Order Products. This is final after 7 days of receipt of purchase order OR commencement of manufacturing the products.

A 30% Restocking Fee is applicable to all returns on ALL products, at the discretion of MVCP. Products must be returned in as new condition, assessed by MVCP at time of return.

Full proof of purchase must be provided at time of product return for any credit to be validated
